Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your orb ships.

Order by December 10 for delivery before Christmas in the US. Orders after this date ship as normal but may arrive after the 25th.

If you are not happy, email support@noelpines.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Damaged or faulty orbs are replaced free of charge.
